2. Ordering and Subscriptions
- Menu Availability: Our daily menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability of ingredients. We strive to keep our website updated with accurate menu information.
- Order Cut-off Times: Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before the specified cut-off time mentioned on our website. Orders placed after the cut-off may be scheduled for the following available delivery day.
- Subscription Plans: By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (if applicable) until you cancel. You can manage or pause your subscription through your account settings.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Total costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver only to specific areas. Please check our delivery zone map or enter your zip code to confirm service availability.
- Delivery Times: We aim to deliver meals within the estimated time slots. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors like traffic, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.
- Receipt of Order: You or a designated person must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we may leave the package at your door (if safe) or return it. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of food left unattended after delivery.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you or unavailability to receive the order, you will still be charged for the order.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Order Cancellation: You may cancel a daily order or pause your subscription if you do so before the cut-off time for that delivery day. Cancellations made after the cut-off time may not be eligible for a refund.
- Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a meal, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos. We may, at our discretion, provide a refund, credit, or replacement meal.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5-10 business days).
5. Food Safety and Allergies
- Consumption: Our meals are prepared fresh. We recommend consuming them immediately upon delivery or refrigerating them if not consumed right away. We are not responsible for illness caused by improper storage or reheating after delivery.
- Allergy Disclaimer: While we offer options like Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, and Gluten Free, our kitchen handles various ingredients including nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe food allergies should exercise caution.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate our staff or delivery partners.
- Interfere with the proper working of the Service or our website security.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
